THE NATIONAL ALLIANCE FOR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

STRATEGIC PLAN

I. Objectives:

1. Expanding the strength and capacity of the organization.
2. Expanding the scope and capacity of the national network of service providers to complete coverage of the municipalities in Bulgaria.
3. Implementation of partnership with all municipal administrations and municipal councils to improve social involvement of Municipalities in Bulgaria to change attitudes and lifestyles of the needy groups and all citizens in the country.
4. Expanding the impact on state and local policies for partnership with providers and socially responsible entities to ensure quality services for people with disabilities and independence in their lives.
5. Expanding the number and range of social actors involved in Bulgaria and development of corporate social responsibility focused on persons and the quality of their lives.
6. Support and development of cultural and spiritual activities with social responsibility in Bulgaria.
7. Ensuring active national and international partnership.

II. Tasks:

1. Attracting new members to the organization and the network.
2. Refinement, development and integration of the working committees in the active work of the organization.
3. Active involvement of members in the work of the organization.
4. Development of a network of regional offices through members of the organization.
5. Financial resources for the organization by projects, government funding and European partnership.
6. Forming a team and increasing the capacity of its members.
7. Implementation of annual, thematic and regional forums.
8. Providing expert methodological assistance.
9. Implementation of national, regional and local projects.
10. Activities for gaining international experience, forming of European policies and development of partnership in the Balkans and the Black Sea region.
11. Active participation and influence in the process of creating market of social services in Bulgaria.
12. Participation in the creation of a better normative and economic base for implementation of services.
13. Participation in decentralization and deinstitutionalization of services.
14. Improving conditions for financing services.
15. Participation in the process of content development and quality of services.
16. Participation in the establishment and implementation of new local and national policies for people with disabilities.
17. Partnership with other national and European organizations and networks.
18. Participation in national, consultative, expert and professional councils, organizations, and others.
19. Translation of foreign publications and provision of information from abroad.
20. Newsletter issuing.
21. Maintaining a website.
22. Providing repair and office equipment in Varna and Sofia.
23. Extending the work of the Helpdesk.
24. Providing information and expertise, promoting and stimulating the development of innovative national and international experience and practices.
25. Survey of particular practices that are established and successful in other countries and promoting them in Bulgaria.
26. Stimulation and support of the participation of people with disabilities in implementation of policies and services for them.
27. Increasing capacity and professional status of staff providing services for people with disabilities.
28. Establishment of a vocational training centre.
29. Certification of professional educators.
30. Certification of social services providers holding capacity and quality services.
31. Providing conditions for building a CSR network.
32. Implementation of network activities for socially engaged art and culture.
33. Involvement in activities of organizations that implement sport and tourism.
34. Providing service and support for members:
